Discovery Call

In the first conversation we get to know your company, your goals and your current tech stack. No sales pitch, no hidden costs — just an open conversation about what you want to achieve and whether we are the right partner for that.

We ask targeted questions about your current data sources, previous implementations and the decisions you want to make with your data. By the end of the call we have a clear picture of the challenge together.

Phase 02

Audit

1–2 weeks

The audit is the foundation of every successful implementation. We systematically analyse your existing tracking infrastructure — GTM container, analytics configuration, event tracking, attribution and consent implementation.

The result is a detailed audit report that shows exactly where data losses occur, what errors are in the current implementation and what optimisation potential exists — prioritised by impact.

Phase 03

Implementation

3–8 weeks (depending on scope)

The implementation follows the measurement plan created in the audit — structured, validated and fully documented. We work closely with your development team without blocking resources at every step.

Each phase of the implementation is completed with testing and validation — before a new change goes live, it is ensured that it works correctly and does not damage existing tracking setups.

We connect GA4, Google Ads, social media and further data sources in Google Data Studio into a unified reporting layer that your team can use daily.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about the process

How long does a typical project take?
A complete project — discovery, audit, implementation and reporting — typically takes 6–12 weeks depending on the complexity of the implementation. Pure audits are completed within 1–2 weeks.
Do I need my own development team?
Not necessarily. Many implementations can be carried out without direct developer resources if a GTM container is in place. For server-side implementations we need access to server configurations — we also assist with communication with your development team.
What do we need to get started?
For the discovery call nothing is needed except 30 minutes of your time. For the audit we need read access to your GTM container and your analytics account. Nothing more.
Do you also work with existing agencies?
Yes. We regularly work as tracking specialists in collaboration with web, performance or digital agencies. Collaboration and communication with other partners is a fixed part of how we work.
